Danae Dörken at Festival International de Piano de La Roque d'Anthéron
On 23.07.2022 Danae Dörken will be a guest at the Festival International de Piano de La Roque d'Anthéron. Together with the Orchestre de Chambre de Paris conducted by Philipp von Steinaecker she will play Mendelssohn's 2nd Piano Concerto. Link to the concert
The pianist is standing in for the ill Lars Vogt, who unfortunately had to cancel the concert.
This is not the first encounter between artist and orchestra. In December 2021, Danae Dörken gave her successful debut in the Pierre Boulez Hall of the Philharmonie de Paris with Bach's D minor Piano Concerto.
