Today, March 31, 2023, after two chamber music programs, the third album by Norwegian violinist and Hardanger fiddle player Ragnhild Hemsing will be released on the Berlin Classics label. The album is named BRUCH+TVEITT but also includes other romantic works by the composers Johann Svendsen and Sigurd Lie.
Together with one of Norway's most important orchestras, the Bergen Philharmonic Orchestra, and under the direction of Eivind Aadland, Ragnhild Hemsing once again succeeds in combining Norwegian tradition and modernity. On the new album, she plays both the violin and the Norwegian Hardanger fiddle.
